Practice & Discussion Module

You will deepen and enrich your understanding through a variety of personal practices, reflective group activities and co-creative discussion where ideas will be explored explored in relation to personal experience in live online seminars. You will be refining the skills needed to become a qualified  Spiritual Wellbeing Practitioner. This module contains.

Recorded Practices:

  • Guided practices including mindful starters and reflective journaling,

Live Online Discussion:

  • Access to 1.5hrs live online sessions for each of the theory modules

Assessment Module

You will reflect on your experiences of theory and practices encountered, in order to make important and sometimes surprising  connections to current research. You will be guided through the process of writing your assignment with your coach, ultimately sharing your learning through a written assessment This module contains.

Assessment:

  • One Reflective Assignment

  • Feedback with developmental guidance

  • Award Certificate
