Theory Course
In the theory course, you will explore the science and psychology of spiritual wellbeing through transdisciplinary research from multiple perspectives including coaching, therapy, social work, nursing and the human sciences. You will deepen your understanding through group dialogue and co-creative discussion where theories, concepts and models are explored in relation to personal experience. This course builds on the Foundations of Spirituality course in order to support the skills required as a Spiritual Wellbeing. Practitioner.

Practice & Assessment Course
The practice & assessment course extends theory through a reflective assignment. You will undertake a deep dive of the literature on a topic of your choice and critically explore the topic. You are likely to make important and surprising connections to current research, in order to support or adjust your understanding.. You will be guided through the process of exploring your chosen topic with your peer group and learning coach, ultimately sharing your learning through a written literature review. Through this process, you will be building the necessary skills to becoming a Spiritual Wellbeing Practitioner
Assignment :
Assignment one literature assignment on a topic of your choice relating to spiritual wellbeing.
Feedback developmental Feedback & Marks.
Accredited Award towards becoming a Spiritual Wellbeing practitioner.
Coaching Support guided peer support group.
Immersive Workshop
As a graduate, you will also have priority opportunity to our immersive workshops that reinforce both the theoretical and experiential learning. A summer program of workshops will be released at our beautiful Bordeaux woodland retreat Centre. Here you will be able to slow down, breathe deeply and relax into a slower pace of life to explore the skills and necessary to deepen your connection to yourself, nature and spirit and others. The immersive workshop is the perfect way to round off your studies.

Mindful Starter
An optional mindful starter to introduce you to some of the general ideas that will be covered in the class. It is a gentle opportunity to reflect on aspects of your experiences, if you wish to.

An optional guided meditation of about 15-20mins to act as an immersive pause in order to gently bring you into a non-judgmental, open and curious mindset, if you wish to.

Approximately three thirty minute presentations so you can develop the background knowledge required to become an effective Spiritual Wellbeing Practitioner
Reflective Journal
An optional opportunity to reflect on your learning in the class through reflective journaling. It is a gentle way to integrate and consolidate learning, if you wish to.
Discussion Articles
An opportunity to further explore concepts an ideas through a specially selected discussion article from a reliable academic source in order to consolidate your learning.
