Heart Healing 2025 - Spiritual Wellbeing Retreat

We all need to nurture ourselves and care for our mind, body & soul in order to continue a healing journey. Join us in our beautiful woodland retreat nestled in the stunning countryside of Bordeaux, France to be guided through a full program of restorative practices!

You will be guided by our experienced practitioners and teachers, Romy & Lee through a nurturing and healing program of evidence-based, eco-spirituality practices including wild yoga, nature immersion, eco-mindfulness and wild journaling.

You will connect deeply with your heart and soul, with nature and others, so you can connect with your innate healing intelligence. You will eat good food, gently use your body, immerse in nature, share good company, laugh and perhaps cry, relax, and reflect.

We will have the full run of a beautiful woodland retreat in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside, with its own woodland grounds that include outdoor and indoor meeting and relaxing spaces, outdoor sauna, communal campfire that is part of all camping and room booking’s.
